I wore lipstick to work the other day and forgot to bring it with me so I went into Sephora after my lunch break just to check out new lip products. Came across the Too Faced Melted series and fell deeply in love with it!

The colour I tried on was the Melted Candy – bright fuschia pink.

This lipstick is very creamy, pigmented, and pretty long lasting. I only need one gentle little squeeze and it could apply my both my upper and lower lips. If you have a pretty moist lip on a regular bases, this product should not cause you any problem. I gave it a try again and that day I didn’t apply lip bam on the night before or during the day. My lips were pretty dry and skin start peeling. Meaning this product is not meant to act like a moist lip bam. This is a product only for colour. The second time I had it on, I keep it on for a good 10 hours. In between, I drank water, ate chocolates, had sushi, and coffee. By the end of the 10 hours, the colour is still very vibrant on my lips. Very satisfy with this product.

Another thing I really like about this product is it’s applicator. This applicator is fuzzy and soft. I had to press hard on it to squeeze the liquid out but the liquid comes out very slowly and consistently. It doesn’t “explode” and cause liquid everywhere. No messiness, no waste, easy use.

I’m really loving the bright colour trend so this is probably my number one colour choice from the melted collection. I wish I tried this product earlier. I would fall in love big time with the melted coral colour. Coral was trending among Korean style make up this past summer. I never thought I would fall in love with coral but once I tried it, I’ve been putting on coral on my face almost everyday.

With in this same collection, I would love to try their melted blood and melted nude colour just because fall is coming and I’ve been craving for darker colours lately. My lips are naturally pigmented so I could never find a nude colour lipstick that could override my original lip colour. I have confidence that Too Faced’s melted collection could give me a very solid and strong colour for my lips
